These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by you - please read carefully. This website is fully operated by Lockwick Candles Limited. Company number: 36398098 at our registered office: Severn Grove, Pontcanna, Cardiff CF11 9EQ. Through using/accessing our website, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. They may be amended and modified. If there are any queries about using our website, please contact via e-mail: lockwickcandles@outlook.com. Details of products (stock) , services, payment, delivery and prices are all available on our website. If you were to place an order, clear instructions will be provided on how to use our order process and you will be required to provide us with your personal details.

General

Lockwick candles have the right to change any product prices, product specifications/information, availability or any services at any time. Stock is limited to availability and can change at any given time without notice. All products are in GBP (£) and we will only sell within the United Kingdom. Payments will be processed via: Paypal/Apple pay. We do not allow resale of any of our products.

Order Process

Orders are only accepted to residents inside of the United Kingdom. We have the ability to reject any orders made that do not have a UK address. All orders are subject to availability and while stocks last. If any candles are ordered but are out of stock, you will be emailed and you will be fully refunded or you can wait for that product to become available. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address and accurate details on the order form so that we can contact you if necessary. After you have purchased an item, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. This creates a contract between you and us. We will take care of your order and payment you have provided, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held responsible for loss you have if a third party creates unauthorised access to any data you have provided to the website.You will only be able to buy from our website: lockwickcandles.co.uk. If you are to end your contract with us, email us at lockwickcandles@outlook.com.

Delivery

The goods that you, the buyer, has purchased will be delivered to you at the address provided on the order form. You will be given a delivery date, which is approximate, and we are not liable for any delay in the delivery of goods if this does occur. Once the parcel is dispatched from us, the seller, contact Royal Mail with any queries. Domestic Shipping Costs: £3.50 for parcels 2kg and under. For Parcels over 2kg: £5.50 (you would have to order a lot for this option). Both of these options are posted via Royal Mail and will take 3-5 working days. We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK. If there is any issue with shipping/delivery, you will be notified via email. Please allow 10 days from order date to receive your items. If you have not received your items after 10 days then contact lockwickcandles@outlook.com. We will track your order and if the item has not reached you then we will either refund you or replace your product.

Payment

All item prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP - £). In the unlikely event of the price/description being incorrectly advertised, we will contact you immediately via email to see if you would like to proceed your order with the correct price/description. If you are not happy then we can cancel your order unless we have already despatched your order. Payments can be made using your credit or debit card via STRIPE or PAYPAL. We can take no responsibility for the financial loss or functionality of the payment methods i.e. PAYPAL or APPLE PAY. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your credit/debit card, we will contact you via email with further information. Item prices and descriptions are subject to change without warning. All candles are sold subject to availability.

Returns

Items are only returnable if damaged. To return an item, please email lockwickcandles@outlook.com with the subject: RETURNS. You have 28 days to return an item and you will have to cover postage and packaging fees. Proof of postage is needed. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email at lockwickcandles@outlook.com with the subject ‘RETURNS’ so we can discuss why you are unhappy with the product and process a return for you. You should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded and proof of postage is needed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation

If you are to cancel an order, simply email us and we will cancel your order for you. We must reply to your email to confirm that your order has been successfully cancelled. This must be done within 3 hours after the order has been confirmed.
