DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping Costs: £2.99 for parcels 2kg and under. For Parcels over 2kg: £5.50 (you would have to order a lot for this option). Both of these options are posted via Royal Mail and will take 3-5 working days. We currently do not offer international shipping. If there is any issue with shipping/delivery, you will be notified via email.

RETURNS

Items are only returnable if damaged. To return an item, please email lockwickcandles@outlook.com with the subject: RETURNS. You have 28 days to return an item and you will have to cover postage and packaging fees. Proof of postage is needed.

LOST PACKAGE?

Please allow 10 days from order date to receive your items. If you have not received your items after 10 days then contact lockwickcandles@outlook.com. We will track your order and if the item has not reached you then we will either refund you or replace your product.
